Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you buy or download a digital product from nataliekotova.com. Please read them before you buy. By completing your purchase, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
1. About us
This website is run by Natali Ruslanovna Kotova, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, trading as Natalie Kotova ("we", "us", "our").
- Address: 60 St John's Wood Road, London NW8 7HN, United Kingdom
- Email: info@bynataliekotova.com
2. Who can buy
Our products are for consumers aged 18 or over, for personal use. By buying, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
If you pay in Russian roubles through Prodamus, your purchase is governed by our public offer in Russian at https://nataliekotova.com/rus-oferta instead of these terms.
3. Our products
The Cycle Protocol is an educational guide about the menstrual cycle, hormones, symptoms, nutrition, training, sleep and skin.
- Format: a 47-page PDF in English, designed to be easy to read on a phone.
- What you need: a phone, tablet or computer that can open PDF files, an email address, and an internet connection to download it.
- How you get it: we send it to your email straight after payment, and you can also access it in your customer account on our website.
- Keeping it: once downloaded, the PDF is yours to keep for personal use.
We may also offer free guides, such as checklists, in exchange for your email address. Sections 10 to 12 of these terms (licence, educational content and our responsibility) also apply to free guides.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on the product page in euros and include any taxes that apply.
- Launch or promotional prices apply only for the period stated on the page.
- You can pay by card or PayPal. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and PayPal payments by PayPal. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Your bank or card provider may charge a currency conversion fee if your account is not in euros. This is outside our control.
5. How to order
- Choose the product and click the button to buy.
- On the checkout page, enter your name and email address.
- Check your details. You can correct any mistakes at this stage, before you pay.
- Tick the box to confirm that you want immediate access to the PDF (see section 7).
- Pay by card or PayPal.
Our contract with you starts when your payment is confirmed. We will then send you a confirmation email with your order details, a link to these terms and a record of your consent to immediate access. Please keep it. Our contract is in English. We keep a record of your order, and you can ask us for a copy at any time.
6. Delivery
We send the PDF to your email address straight after payment, usually within a few minutes. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then email us at info@bynataliekotova.com, and we will send it again.
7. Your right to cancel
Under UK law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content such as a PDF, this works differently:
- At checkout, we ask you to confirm that you want immediate access to the PDF and that you understand you will lose your right to cancel once delivery begins.
- Once you have given this consent and we have started delivering the PDF to you, you can no longer cancel the purchase.
- If delivery has not yet started, you can cancel within 14 days of your purchase by emailing us at info@bynataliekotova.com. We will refund you within 14 days using the original payment method.
This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty (see section 8).
If you want to cancel, you can simply email us, or use this wording:
To: Natalie Kotova, info@bynataliekotova.com. I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of the following digital content: [product name]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [your name]. Email used for the order: [your email]. Date: [date].
8. If something is wrong with your product
The PDF must be of satisfactory quality, fit for its purpose and as described. If it is not, for example if the file is damaged, will not open or is missing pages, email us at info@bynataliekotova.com and:
- we will fix the problem or send you a working copy within a reasonable time; and
- if we cannot do that, or cannot do it within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience to you, you are entitled to a price reduction, which may be a full refund.
If the PDF damages your device or other digital content because we did not use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or compensate you.
These are your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing in these terms limits them.
9. Refunds
Apart from your rights in sections 7 and 8, we do not offer refunds once the PDF has been delivered, because digital content cannot be returned.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of being agreed.
10. Licence and copyright

If you break these rules, we may close your customer account and take further action to protect our rights.

12. Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen or if, when you made your purchase, both you and we knew it might happen.
Our products are for personal use only. We are not responsible for any business losses, such as loss of profit or business opportunity.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
13. Your customer account
You can access your purchases in your customer account on our website. Please keep your login details safe and do not share them. We will keep your purchases available in your account for as long as we offer them online. We recommend you download a copy so you always have it.
14. Updates to our products
We may update our products from time to time, for example to reflect new research. Updates do not reduce the quality of what you have bought. We are not obliged to provide updates, but where we do, they are free for existing customers.
15. Marketing emails
If you agree to receive emails from us, we may send you news, free resources and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Your purchase does not depend on agreeing to marketing emails.
16. Your personal information
We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Notice at https://nataliekotova.com/privacy.
17. Complaints
If you have a problem, please email us at info@bynataliekotova.com. We aim to reply within 5 working days and to resolve complaints as quickly as possible. If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will tell you in writing, give you details of an alternative dispute resolution provider, and tell you whether we are prepared to use it.
18. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages of our website, payment or email providers. If this happens, we will let you know and do what we reasonably can to deliver your product as soon as possible.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown on our website when you placed your order.
20. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, for example in the EU, you also keep any mandatory consumer protections that the law of your country gives you.
